This bright little angelfish is here to please. He was carefully hand sewn from quality hand-dyed yellow wool felt. He is detailed with yellow embroidery on his fins, and blue embroidery under his gills, around his eyes, and haloing his back fins. And he comes with a handy little hanging loop so he can keep swimming. The angelfish is 3 3/8 inches long from tip to tail. black onyx beads are used for the eyes. Stuffed with plastic pellets.
Their scientific name is Centropyge flavissima. Its body is a distinctive bright yellow in color, with a blue or white circle around the eyes and blue behind the operculum or gills. A mature lemonpeel angelfish is 5 1/2 inches long. This little guy is life sized, though not fully grown.
